Scientific Name: Rumex acetosa (Polygonaceae).

English Name: Wild Sorrel; Common Sorrel; Garden Sorrel; Sorrel; Spinach Dock; Narrow-leaved Dock (Buckwheat family).

French Name: Grand oseille (='tall sorrel'); Oseille (='sorrel').
